Refund Policy

i. Registration Fees are always non-refundable in every case.
ii. In certain cases, when students have to leave the university for various reasons and the students cannot attend the classes.25% deduction on the paid fess would be made if the request for refund is made within 15 days of admission/registration.
iii. No refund request would be entertained after 15 days of admission/registration in any case.
iv. After successful registration in a particular course where obtaining certificate is mandatory and is based on fulfilling of minimum attendance criteria by student, no student can join other institutions for the same course, without prior written notice to the institution.
v. If in any case a student pays extra fees from the required fees to the institution through online fee payment, the refund for the same will be processed within 20 working days from the date of refund request made via written application.
vi. Refunds in all other cases would be processed after approval from the competent authority and would be processed within 20 working from the date of approval.
vii. Refunds for payment made using online payment gateway would be processed after deducting the commission charged by the payment gateway service provider company, i.e only settled amount to the account of Bluehawks Education Pvt. Ltd. would be processed for refund.
viii. All refunds would be done through cheque with ‘A/c payee only’.
