Score Guarantee Terms

 

  1. The score guarantee applies only to students who complete our test prep course in full and actively participate in all course activities including mock tests
  2. The score guarantee is only applicable for the first attempt at the relevant standardized test.
  3. The score guarantee does not apply to test scores that are cancelled or invalidated by the testing agency.
  4. The score guarantee does not apply to students who are banned or otherwise restricted from taking the relevant standardized test.
  5. The score guarantee does not apply to students who are unable to take the relevant standardized test due to extenuating circumstances, such as illness or natural disasters.
  6. The score guarantee does not apply if the student does not meet the minimum eligibility requirements to take the relevant standardized test, as determined by the testing agency.
  7. The score guarantee is void if the student has received any form of special accommodation or testing arrangements, unless such arrangements have been approved in advance by the testing agency and bluehawks.
  8. If a student does not see an improvement in their score after completing the course and meeting the above requirements, we will offer a second course for free.
  9. To redeem the score guarantee, the student must provide proof of their test scores within 30 days of taking the relevant standardized test.
  10. The score guarantee is non-transferrable and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
  11. The score guarantee is only applicable to the same test type (e.g. GMAT, GRE, etc.) and cannot be transferred to a different test type.
  12. The score guarantee is only valid for one year after the original course completion date.
  13. bluehawks reserves the right to modify or terminate the score guarantee at any time, without notice.
