Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by bluehawks, full payment for participation in a Course is required at the time of registration. In the case of Courses that include a trial window, such trial window shall be made available only after the full payment. During the trial window, upon a request by the student, and to the satisfaction of bluehawks, bluehawks may, in accordance with the applicable refund policy for the particular Course, choose to refund the Course Fees paid, subject to deduction of such applicable charges for including but not limiting to administrative and marketing expenses, as may be decided by bluehawks from time to time. Once the trial window is closed, there will be no refund allowed for any reason whatsoever. For all the Course, where there is no trial window or preparatory session, refund shall be done in accordance with the terms and conditions of refund policy of the respective Course.
It is the sole responsibility of the user enrolling into a Course to check the accuracy of, and evaluate the suitability and relevance of, the Course elected. The enrolment into a Course is non-transferable.
To make payment for any Course or to purchase any services or products offered by bluehawks through the Platform, you must have internet access and a current valid accepted payment method as indicated during sign-up ("Payment Method"). bluehawks does not store any of your credit card information or such other information restricted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for processing payment and has partnered with payment gateways for the payment towards the services. By using a third-party payment provider, you agree to abide by the terms of such a payment provider. You agree that in case bluehawks’s third-party payment provider stores any such information, bluehawks will not be responsible for such storage, and it will be solely at your discretion to allow the third party to store such information. Any loss of such information or any loss incurred by you due to the usage of such information will be solely a loss incurred by you, and bluehawks is in no way liable for any such losses and is neither responsible to reimburse / make good such losses in any manner whatsoever. You also agree to pay the applicable fees for the payments made through the Platform.
bluehawks or its representatives will not ask for OTP or other authentication related information for any purpose, and we urge you to be cautious while making payments and during financial transactions.
Failure to pay the applicable Course fee may result in withdrawal of your access to a Course. Depending on where you transact with us, the type of payment method used and where your payment was issued, your transaction with us may be subject to foreign exchange fees or exchange rates. bluehawks does not support all payment methods, currencies or locations for payment. All applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing information you provide to us at the time of enrolment/purchase.
You may cancel your enrolment at any time. Each Course has specific refund terms which shall be applicable in case of refund on account of such cancellation requests.
If you have subscribed for a free trial, the free trial period will last for the period of time specified during your sign-up. Free trials may not be combined with certain other offers. If you have subscribed to a particular paid service or product within the last six (6) months, or if your Payment Method, physical address, contact number or email address has been associated with an account for that paid service, you are not eligible to receive a free trial for that service or product. If you begin your subscription with a free trial, you may be ineligible for certain features of a product or service during your free trial period.
Refund Policy for Offline Classes at LPU Campus:
At bluehawks, we strive to provide our students with the best learning experience through our offline classes. We understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to your enrollment status. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy to address such situations:
Reservation of Slot: Once a student has reserved a slot in any of our offline classes, no refund shall be allowed. This means that once you have confirmed your enrollment and paid the required fees to reserve your spot, you are committed to attending the class for the specified duration.
Partial Payment: In some cases, students may choose to make a partial payment to secure their enrollment. It is important to note that making a partial payment does not entitle the student to a refund at any point after the reservation has been made.
Change of Mind or Cancellation: If a student decides to change their mind or cancel their enrollment after reserving the slot and making a partial payment, the paid amount shall be forfeited. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but this policy is in place to ensure fair treatment to all our enrolled students and to maintain the integrity of our class enrollment process.
Exceptional Circumstances: In rare and exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency, natural calamity, loss of life, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. In such situations, the student must provide valid and verifiable documentation to support their claim. The final decision regarding any exceptional refund requests will be at the sole discretion of bluehawks.
Class Cancellation: In the unlikely event that bluehawks cancels an offline class, all enrolled students who have made payments, whether partial or full, will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
